Shipping
Vietnam Deliveries: All items ordered within Vietnam will arrive within 14 business days unless notified otherwise. ComCo aims to process and dispatch orders within 48 business hours, however in some cases dispatch may occur 2-4 days from order, pending when the beans you ordered were roasted. ComCo's strive to bring you the freshest possible product every time.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs shall be determined in accordance to the weight of products purchased and delivery address.
Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased via the ComCo's website, please reach out to the email comco_trading@comcovietnam.com, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you within 14 days of products' receipt.
Refund and Cancellation are not applicable to any ComCo's products sold unless stated otherwise.
Refund & Exchange Conditions
Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs when exchange is applied. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. Customers may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve ComCo's quality processes. Returned product postage will be at the discretion of ComCo.
Delivery
Our orders are delivered via the most efficient carriers these can range from Now Food, Grab, DHL and other services. Whilst we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, ComCo does not accept any responsibilities whatsoever for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Privacy Policy
ComCo will only use the details collected for internal data analysis and marketing purposes.
These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other non-affiliate institution or person for any purpose.
